VectoPos

POS and operations software that brings a restaurant's orders, tables, kitchen and stock into one system. A web panel at the till, phones and tablets on the floor, and everyone looking at the same information.

The product of ByteCraft, the company my friend Ali Ozan Özkul and I started. Restaurants have been using it since January 2026.

01 · The problem

What gets scattered in a restaurant?

At a busy lunchtime a lot happens at once. An order is taken at a table, a WhatsApp message lands on the phone, the delivery tablet beeps, the kitchen is waiting for tickets and a queue builds at the till. When each of these lives on its own screen, its own piece of paper or in somebody's head, something always slips through.

VectoPos is there to put all of it in one system. Wherever an order comes from, it lands in the same list, prints at the right station, shows up on the dining room screen when it is ready, and comes off the stock when it is paid. At the till, on the floor and in the kitchen, everyone is looking at the same thing.

02 · Flow

The life of an order

From the moment an order is taken to the moment it reaches the report, every step happens in the same system.

  1. The order comes in

From a table, takeaway, WhatsApp or Trendyol Go, and all of it lands in the same list.

  2. It goes to the kitchen

The order prints as the right ticket on the kitchen and bar printers.

  3. It gets made

A screen in the dining room shows which orders are being prepared and which are ready.

  4. It gets paid

Cash, card or split payment; with the register link, the receipt is recorded too.

  5. It is on record

Stock goes down by itself and the sale is added to the day's report.

03 · Modules

Fifteen modules, one system

Seven are core modules every restaurant uses every day; the rest are add-ons that pay off as the business grows. Each one says what VectoPos does and what you get out of it.

Core module

QR menu

A guest scans the QR code on the table and the menu opens on their phone.

Why it helps: No more printing; change a price and the menu changes with it.

Core module

Table management

Which tables are taken and which bills are open, on one screen.

Why it helps: Merging tables and moving a bill take a couple of taps.

Core module

Quick sale

Counter and takeaway sales close in seconds, by cash, card or split payment.

Why it helps: The till keeps moving at rush hour.

Core module

WhatsApp orders

An order a customer writes on WhatsApp is recorded in the system.

Why it helps: Takeaway, pick-up and delivery never get mixed up.

Core module

Stock tracking

Stock goes down when a sale closes, and what is left in the store shows on one screen.

Why it helps: You hear about it when something runs low.

Core module

Kitchen and bar tickets

Every order prints as a ticket at the kitchen, the bar or the till, wherever it belongs.

Why it helps: Works with the printers you already have.

Core module

Live order screen

Orders being prepared and orders that are ready show on a screen in the dining room.

Why it helps: Nobody has to ask "is it ready?", and the till gets a break.

Add-on

Orders

Dine-in, takeaway and Trendyol orders come together in one list.

Why it helps: You see what came from where without switching screens.

Add-on

Expenses

Rent, staff, groceries: the day-to-day costs go on record.

Why it helps: At the end of the month you know exactly what you spent.

Add-on

Customer card

Returning customers are recognised, with how often they came and what they spent.

Why it helps: You can make your regulars a special offer.

Add-on

Trendyol Go

Trendyol Go orders land straight in the system.

Why it helps: No separate tablet to keep an eye on.

Add-on

Digital menu TV

Products, prices and announcements rotate on the screen by the till.

Why it helps: The screen changes when the menu does, so no more posters.

Add-on

Reports

What you sold, which product did well, and how each waiter is doing.

Why it helps: Daily, weekly and monthly views, so you run the place on numbers.

Add-on

Campaigns

Offers like "coffee for 50 TL today" without touching the price list.

Why it helps: Weekend menus and lunch deals are easy to manage.

Add-on

Cash register link

Payments go through registers such as Ingenico, and the receipt is recorded.

Why it helps: Legal payment at the till with no extra steps.

04 · Screens

05 · Who it is for

Which businesses does it suit?

Dining room

Restaurants and cafés with tables

Table management, the QR menu and kitchen tickets work together. Waiters take orders on their phones, the kitchen gets the right ticket, and the bill closes at the table.

Counter

Takeaway and pick-up businesses

The quick sale screen and the live order screen clear the queue at rush hour. Customers see on the screen when their order is ready.

Many channels

Places that take orders from several channels

WhatsApp and Trendyol Go orders land in the same list as dine-in orders. No more separate tablets and notebooks.

06 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is VectoPos?

POS and operations software built for restaurants. It brings orders, tables, kitchen tickets, stock, payments and reports into one system. It is the product of ByteCraft, the company my friend Ali Ozan Özkul and I started.

Which devices does it run on?

There is a web panel that opens in a desktop browser at the till, and a mobile interface for phones and tablets on the floor. Both work with the same data, so an order a waiter enters on a phone shows up at the till and in the kitchen straight away.

Can I use my existing printers?

Yes. Kitchen, bar and till tickets are sent to the printers you already have.

Which order channels does it bring together?

Alongside dine-in and takeaway orders, orders written on WhatsApp and Trendyol Go orders land in the same list. The QR menu lets guests see the menu on their own phones.

Can payments go through my cash register?

Yes. VectoPos connects to registers such as Ingenico; when a payment is taken, the receipt and the record go into the system.

How can I try it?
